Montara

Montara is a quiet oceanside town. I don’t think our Main Street actually counts as one, as far as traditional ones go. We never have traffic, and the only busy place is the post office at 4 pm – right before closing. There aren’t any box stores or strip malls. Once, they almost built a Walmart on our picturesque farm, thankfully that never happened. Dark blanket-like fogbanks regularly roll in just as the tourists get comfortable on the beach, causing them to run back to there cars shivering.
